（四）组织开展主题性群众性科普活动。高校应立足学科特色与科技资源优势，在全国科普月、全国科技工作者日、全国科技活动周等重大活动期间，面向公众组织开展主题性科普活动。有条件的高校应向公众开放科技基础设施和科技资源，举办高校科学节、实验室开放日、前沿科技体验周等科普活动，以生动的科技创新科普化成果，培育和弘扬创新文化，推动形成崇尚科学、追求创新的风尚。
